This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.219 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the investigation in Cr.No.219 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent has been completed and the respondent laid the charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Dindigul.
