Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the condition imposed by this Court in condition No.7(iii) dated 18.03.2026 imposed in Crl MP(MD) No.6078/2026 in Crl RC (MD) No. 503 of 2026, is modified as follows:

"The petitioner shall appear before the learned trial Court, once in a week ie., on every Monday for a period of one month and thereafter as and when required for further interrogation".
