O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute having by the petitioner with the fourth respondent and not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that in earlier, on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was initiated in C.No.G5/44001/4419/GDP/2019 and the same https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10058 of 2020 has been closed after observing as the dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent is civil in nature. According to him, as of now, no petition/complaint is pending against the petitioner. The said submission is recorded.

3. Hence, it is made clear that no complaint is pending against the petitioner on the file of the third respondent, the respondents police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
