Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application Nos.2020/0103/23/081322 and 2020/0103/23/081321, dated 22.05.2020 for transfer of Patta No.456 of Nagarakudi Village and 322 and 862 of Kumarakurichi Village, Ilayankudi Taluk, Sivagangai District, in the name of the petitioner within a time frame fixed by this Court. For Petitioner : Mr.M.Saravanan For Respondents : Mr.P.Kannidevan for R1 and R2 Additional Government Pleader (In Both petitions) COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application Nos.2020/0103/23/081322 and 2020/0103/23/081321, dated 22.05.2020 for transfer of Patta No.456 of Nagarakudi Village, and 322 and 862 of Kumarakurichi Village, Ilayankudi Taluk, Sivagangai District, in the name of the petitioner within a time frame fixed by this Court.

W.P(MD).Nos.12383 & 12384 of 2020 same was also communicated to the petitioners and also produced the copy of the order passed by the first respondent/Tahsildar dated 22.09.2020 before this Court.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to with draw the present writ petitions with liberty to challenge the above said order passed by the first respondent/Tahsildar dated 22.09.2020.

4.Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as with drawn. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the above said order in the manner known to law. No costs.
