This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second Respondent to issue a no objection certificate to the petitioner to run Ayurvedic Massage Centre in the name and style of Agathiyar Arurvedic Massage Centre, Running business at D.No.53, Ramakrishnapuram Main Road, Karur Town, Karur, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2025.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is running a business in the name and style of Agathiyar Arurvedic Massage Centre in the above said address. While so, the second respondent often came to the said centre and instructed to show the no objection certificate issued by the first respondent. Therefore, the petitioner sent the representation dated 12.04.2025, to the respondents for issuing no objection certificate, but the same has not been considered. 2/5

Hence this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation was received through postal on 15.04.2025 and thereafter, the petitioner has not appeared and produced the relevant documents. If the petitioner appears and produces the relevant documents, then, they will consider the petitioner's representation and take appropriate decision, in accordance with law.

4.Considering the prayer sought for in this petition and the second respondent also admitted the receipt of the petitioner's representation and the same is under enquiry, recording the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on 28.04.2025 along with all the relevant documents and thereafter, the second respondent shall conduct enquiry the petitioner's representation and take appropriate decision, within a period of fifteen days, thereon.
