ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the revision petition pending in Na.Ka.B1.No.4392/2020, dated 09.11.2020, within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2.The case of the petitioner is that the subject property is owned by him and the Tahsildar by proceedings, dated 16.06.2016, also issued patta in favour of the petitioner in patta No.1736. Thereafter, the second respondent has filed a revision petition before the first respondent and the same is pending in Na.Ka.B1.No.4392/2020, dated 09.11.2020. The grievance of the petitioner is that the revision petition is kept pending and no final orders have been passed and left with no other option, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court, seeking for appropriate directions.

W.P(MD)No.12366 of 2021 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to first respondent to dispose of the revision petition filed by the second respondent, which is pending in Na.Ka.B1.No.4392/2020, dated 09.11.2020, after affording opportunity to the parties and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the first respondent along with all relevant documents and also a copy of this order.
6.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
