ORDER

The petitioner had given a representation against the second respondent, who was the Vice President of Achambadu Panchayat. The petitioner is the President of the said Panchayat. The said Panchayat is at Valliyoor in 1/3

Tirunelveli District. Consequent to the said representation, an enquiry had been conducted and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent states that the representation had been forwarded to the District Collector, Tirunelveli, on 13.06.2023 and that the District Collector would now examine the representation in the manner known to law and take a considered view of the entire issue. It may not be proper on the part of this Court to put a time limit on the said Collector in passing the order, but it should be reasonably passed on or before 31.08.2023.

2.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
