This Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to provide police protection in enjoying the properties belonging to the petitioner, as per the representation dated 20.04.2023.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that after receipt of the representation dated 20.04.2023, the petitioner and the respondents 7 to 12 were asked to appear before the Police, however, the petitioner has failed to appear and the other respondents appeared before the Police Station and gave an undertaking that they will not interfere in the properties belonging to the petitioner. Since the respondents themselves have given an affidavit that they will not interfere in the properties of the petitioner, this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 06.07.2023 NCC :
