This writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned order passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.W1/51170/2018 dated 29.05.2019 and consequential relieving order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.A5/2104/2018 dated 12.06.2019. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is passed away on 23.07.2020. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
