C.R.P.(NPD)(MD)No.712 of 2020 PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to issue direction to the learned District Munsif, Sivagangai, to expedite the proceedings in E.A.No.1 and 2 of 2018 in E.P.No.1 of 2014 in O.S.No.321 of 1982 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction to the learned District Munsif, Sivagangai, to expedite the proceedings in E.A.No.1 and 2 of 2018 in E.P.No.1 of 2014 in O.S.No.321 of 1982 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard Mr.N.Satheeshkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.Considering the nature of relief as sought for by the petitioner in E.A.No.1 and 2 of 2018 in E.P.No.1 of 2014 in O.S.No.321 of 1982 and pendency of the application for a long time, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction: The learned District Munsif, Sivagangai, is directed to expedite the proceedings and dispose of the petition in E.A.No.1 and 2 of 2018 in E.P.No.1 of 2014 in O.S.No.321 of 1982 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
