ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to cancel the registered document No. 1199/2023 dated 06.04.2023, registered by the 3rd respondent, in survey Nos. 261/3A1 and 261/2, situated in Ottanchathiram Village, Ottanchathiram Taluk, Dindigul District, as illegal registration, to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 14.04.2023.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has handed over the vakalat to the petitioner. The said submission is recorded. 3.On perusing the prayer it is seen that, the petitioner is seeking to cancel the registered document. The same cannot be done by the official respondents, since the appropriate forum is the Civil Court. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate Civil Court, if so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.
