O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to grant permission and necessary protection to perform the cultural programme (i.e.,) Adal Padal on the eve of Arulmigu Sri Karumariyamman Kovil Aani Pongal Festival situated at Allinagaram, Theni District, which is to be held on 11.07.2019 from 07.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m., based on the petitioner's representation, dated 24.06.2019.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct the Adal Padal Programme on 11.07.2019 in the above said temple, the petitioner made a representation on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

24.06.2019 to the second respondent and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that already permission has been granted to the petitioner to conduct Adal Padal Programme in the above said temple.
