O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the fifth respondent herein and also seeking for a consequential direction to respondent Nos.5 and 6 to reinstate the petitioner herein in service as Security with all attendant and monetary benefits.

2. At the time of filing of this writ petition, the fifth respondent / College was administered by the Administrator, namely, the sixth respondent, who was 2/5

appointed pursuant to the orders passed by this Court. However, it is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 4 that the management of the fifth respondent College has once again taken control of the fifth respondent / College in place of the Administrator (sixth respondent).

3. On the last hearing date, i.e., on 10.09.2025, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought time to get instructions with regard to the fact that the fifth respondent / College is now controlled by the management themselves and no longer under the control of the sixth respondent. Only on the request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned for hearing today. However, the petitioner has also not amended the cause title by impleading the management of the fifth respondent / College in place of the sixth respondent (Administrator) who is no longer in administration of the fifth respondent / College.

4. Since the petitioner is unable to get instructions, no useful purpose will be served if this writ petition is allowed to be kept pending. After recording the fact that the sixth respondent (Administrator) is no longer, is in control of the fifth respondent / College, this Writ Petition is closed. However, liberty is 3/5

granted to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition against the appropriate necessary parties. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
