PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant extra time of one hour at the time of writing the TNPSC Group-I written examination scheduled from 12.07.2019 to 14.07.2019.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to grant extra time of one hour at the time of writing the TNPSC Group-I written examination scheduled from 12.07.2019 to 14.07.2019.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents informed before this Court that the said Commission has accepted the request of the petitioner and granted extra time of one hour at the time of writing the TNPSC Group-I written examination scheduled from 12.07.2019 to 14.07.2019 to him based on the representation dated 28.05.2019 along with Medical report.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also agreed with the said contention of the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

4.In view of the above said submission made by the learned standing counsel, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
