This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to give police protection of the temple work for A/M Ayyanar, Bidariyar, Madurai Veeran, Thirukovil, Malvai, Trichy District of the complaint of the Assistant Commissioner HR & CE Department dated 08.12.2022.

2. Mr.Mr.B.Nambiselvan, Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the representation made by the petitioner was rejected and the above said order of rejection was not served on the petitioner. 2/4

4. I have considered the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

5. Let the above said order be served to the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order, the petitioner may work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

6. With the above liberty, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
