Order :This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SATHYA CHIDAMBARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that earlier this Court by an order, dated 10.09.2020 extended the time to the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) to the credit of the Madras High Court Madurai Bench, Advocate Clerk's Welfare Association, Madurai-625 023 (Indian Bank Saving Account No.496039124, IFSC Code: IDIB000H040) within a period of two weeks. 3. Considering the request, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and time granted by this Court vide order dated 10.09.2020 in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.4482 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8432 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today.
