JUDGMENT

(Judgment of this Court was delivered by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Though the appellants have assailed the correctness of the order, dated 25.02.2014 made in W.P.(MD)No.10231 of 2013 on various grounds, on this day, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the issue is covered by a common Judgement of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A.(MD)Nos.888 to 891 to 2014, dated 21.07.2015. He further submitted that in view of the above, the instant appeal may be dismissed.

2.Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
