This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st Respondent to furnish the copy of the complaint given by the 2nd Respondent.

2.The contention of the petitioner is that the first respondent has not provided the copy of the complaint given by the second respondent. 3.As per the statutory provision, the petitioner is entitled to get the copy of the complaint. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to provide the copy of the complaint given by the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Until then the first respondent shall not hastily come to any conclusion. 4.With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
