Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the fourth respondent vide his proceedings in No.10878/ThaKu2/2020, dated 9.9.2020 and to quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to grant parole to the Petitioner's husband viz., V.P.Pandi @ Attack Pandi, son of Ponnuchamy, Convict Prisoner No.5932, now confined at Central Prison, Madurai for a period of 30 days to make family partition, to take medical treatment to his mother and to get school admission to his son and daughter.

(Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.) When this Court is about to dismiss the Writ Petition, declining to accept the prayer sought for by the Petitioner for parole, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition.
