Mr.A.Jayaramachandran, learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that pursuant to the order made in W.P.(MD) No.14212 of 2011, dated 26.06.2013, the appellant has been appointed as Anganwadi worker in Perumalpatti Centre, Tirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District. He further submitted that the writ appeal is now become infructuous.

2. Placing on record the above submission, the writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
