O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3/ Tahsildar, Theni Taluk, Theni District and The Head Surveyor, Theni District, to measure the property in Survey No.108/1 measuring 2.34 acres at Alli Nagaram Village, Thamaraikulam, Theni District. The petitioner had given an application on 10.04.2023 and had also paid necessary charges on the same date.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader Mr.Ashok, has pointed out that the records, which indicate that the patta stands in the name of the petitioner herein.

3. A direction is given to the aforementioned respondents to conduct survey of the lands of the petitioner and complete the said exercise within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
