This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1194 of 2024 dated 29.01.2024. 2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the facts that the petitioners are being women, this Court has imposed a condition, directing to the petitioners to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each, with two Government servants' sureties. Now the petitioners have come forward that they are not in a position to pay the amount of Rs.10,000/-. 3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to execute common sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam.
