O R D E R

Since no relief has been sought as against respondents 1 and 2, they are deleted from the array of parties in the Writ Petition. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments.

2. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to conclude the proceedings in Na.Ka.No. Aa/59/2026.

3. The petitioner was employed in the fourth respondent Company and had resigned from service. Upon acceptance of his resignation, the petitioner requested the fourth respondent to return the original certificates submitted by him at the time of employment. However, the fourth respondent failed to return the said original certificates. Consequently, the petitioner approached the third respondent seeking appropriate action against the fourth respondent. issued a communication dated 17.02.2026 calling upon the fourth respondent to appear for conciliation proceedings. The grievance of the petitioner is that, despite issuance of the said communication dated 17.02.2026, no further action has been taken by the third respondent.

4. Mr. S.S. Madhavan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the third respondent, upon instructions, submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2026 would be considered on merits within the time frame to be fixed by this Court. The said submission is taken on record.

5. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2026 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

6. The aforesaid exercise shall be completed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/5

7. There shall be no order as to costs.
