Alleging that the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.13002 of 2019, dated 10.06.2019, has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition. 1/3

Today, when the matter was taken for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that due to non-appearance of the petitioner for enquiry, the respondent is not in a position to get documents from him and pass appropriate orders. Further, on a perusal of the documents, there is a difference between the sale deed and the other connected documents and therefore, the petitioner's claim was rejected, advising him to approach the District Revenue Officer, Madurai, and redress his grievance.
