O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner is the mother of the detenu, challenges the impugned order of detention dated 24.07.2018 passed in M.H.S.Confdl.No.73/2018, detaining the detenu as "Goonda", as contemplated under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14/1982. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the order of detention passed against the detenu has already been revoked by the Government.

3.Recording the above submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
