O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first and second respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the written instructions received from the respondent police. It is seen that the parties were called for an enquiry and an undertaking was given by the rival parties that they will not create any problem and that they will ultimately resolve the dispute before the civil Court in which the case is pending.

3. In the light of this undertaking, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
