The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to rectify the mistake in Field Measurement Book (FMB) sketch that had crept in for S.No.1133/6, Therur Village, Agastheeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District by considering the petitioner's request dated 10.04.2022. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents with regard to the aforesaid grievance on 10.04.2022. Since the said representation remains unconsidered till date, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition.

3.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered by the respondents in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2/5

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six [6] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. There shall be no order as to costs.
