ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order made in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.59 of 2012 dated 10.02.2021, on the file of the Sub Court, Tenkasi.

2. Learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that the copy of the order dated 08.01.2025 was not uploaded in time and 2/4

therefore, the trial Court is not accepting the deposit made by the revision petitioner.

3. Let the order copy dated 08.01.2025 made in this revision petition, be dispatched to the trial Court. The order will be complied by the revision petitioner within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. As stated in the order of this Court dated 08.01.2025, the order made in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.59 of 2013 dated 10.02.2021, by learned Subordinate Judge, Tenkasi, is set aside and this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs.
