Bose, (C.P.No.3536) now detained in Central Prison, Madurai and set him at liberty.

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Habeas Corpus Petition with liberty to file review application against the order passed by the earlier Division Bench in H.C.P.(MD) No.1365 of 2016.

2.Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file review application against the order of this Court in H.C.P.(MD) No.1365 of 2016. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
