This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to take appropriate action based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 09.05.2024.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent. However, the second respondent had not taken any action. Subsequently, on 09.05.2024, the petitioner lodged a complaint through registered post. Based on the complaint of the petitioner, the respondent police had issued CSR No.154 of 2024. Even after issuance of CSR, the second respondent had not taken any action. Therefore, the present writ petition is filed to take appropriate action based on the petitioner's complaint.

3. Therefore, this Court is directing the second respondent to conduct an enquiry and take appropriate action within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
