ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the 1st Respondent to transfer the investigation in relation to the FIR in Crime No.843 of 2018 on the file of the 2nd Respondent Police to the 3rd Respondent and to direct the 3rd Respondent to file the final report in the said FIR within the time period stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that they have already laid the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi and the same was not taken on file so far.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the concerned Judicial Magistrate, to process the final report as per rules.
