To set aside the fair and decretal order of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal cum Special Sub Court, Tirunelveli made in M.C.O.P.No.1230/2015 dated 06.10.2017 and allow the appeal with costs and render justice.
ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.JAWAHAR RAVINDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of No appearance for R1 to R3 either in person or through by an Advocate, the court made the following order:- Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 117 days in preferring the appeal is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall deposit 50% of the award amount to the credit of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
M.C.O.P.No.1230 of 2015, on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal cum Special Sub Court, Tirunelveli, within a period two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal will be automatically rejected.
