This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the second respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation, dated 31.08.2021 and conduct enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the representation given by the petitioner, the respondent police conducted an enquiry and found that the complaint is civil in nature.
