RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in M.P.(MD) No.3 of 2013 in CRP(PD) No.254 of 2013 dated 24.7.2015 and to permit the petitioners to deposit the sum of Rs.2,000/- into court in O.S.No.147 of 2007 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Musiri. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.SHANGAR MURALI, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.V.KARUNA, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the respondent states that the delivery has been effected through Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks indulgence of this Court to issue notice to the respondent. 3.

The conduct and attitude of the learned counsel for the respondent is peculiar. This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted in M.P.(MD).No. 3 of 2013 in C.R.P.(MD).No. 254 of 2013, dated 24.07.2015, wherein, this Court directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/- within a period of two weeks from the date of order. It is stated that the respondent has refused to accept the money and that, he has filed lodgment schedule before the learned District Munsif Court, Musiri.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is of the view that the extension of time to deposit the

cost would be in the interest of justice. As a result, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/- to the credit of O.S.No. 147 of 2007 on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Musiri within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. sd/- 03/08/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
