ORDER

The petitioner herein states that she and her daughter on their own converted to Islam and living separately from the fourth respondent, who is the husband of the petitioner herein. However, there is a continuous threat from the fourth respondent, the petitioner and her daughter are not allow to enter Bodinayakanur.

2. In the petition this Court finds that the address shown by the petitioner is 74/23, Palani Andavar Street, Bodinayakkanoor. This is same as that of the fourth respondent. Therefore, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.M.P(MD)No.1321 of 2019 averments made in the affidavit that the petitioner and her daughter are not allowed to enter Bodinayakkanur appears to be false.

Further, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 states that the fourth respondent herein on 26.01.2019 had given a complaint alleging missing of his wife Annalakshmi, who is the petitioner herein along with his daughter. The said complaint was registered in Cr.No.98 of 2019 on 26.01.2019 and the same is under investigation.

4. In the light of the above fact, this writ petition is dismissed as devoid of mertis. The respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Cr.No.98 of 2019 and file report based on the evidence collected in the course of investigation. In the result, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
