Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5374/NiBi3/2019 dated 26.06.2019 and quash the same and direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue in service till 30.06.2021 with all consequential benefits.
