ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC in Crime No.Not Known of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.It is a case of job-rocketing. The petitioner received a sum of Rs.5 Lakhs from the defacto complainant to arrange job in Madurai Government Rajaji Hospital. Since the occurrence was taken place https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD)No.9755 of 2021 within the jurisdiction of the Corporation, the case was transferred to the Central Crime Branch. It is also reported by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) that as on date, there is no case pending against the petitioner on the file of the respondent police herein.

3.In view of the above, this criminal original petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition by arraying the Central Crime Branch as a party.
