Side) Prayer : To modify the condition imposed directing the petitions to stay at Madurai and appeal before the Inspector of Thallakulam Police Station in Madurai District daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of 30 days from the date of complainance of the order in Crl MP No.3397 of 2024 dated 09.05.2024 on the file of Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur and modify the same.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3397 of 2024 dated 09.05.2024 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are students and the condition already imposed on them to stay at Madurai and to sign at Thallakulam Police Station is affecting the petitioners from attending the college and the petitioners have their semester exams. Therefore, prays for modification of the bail condition.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent Police Station daily at 10.30 am for a period of one month.
