[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] Prayer in this writ petition is to direct the first respondent to dispose the application preferred by the petitioner under Section 80-A of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1971, dated 19.11.2018, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 3, on instructions, submits that subsequent to the disposal of the appeal filed by the petitioner, demolition order has also been passed.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition and the same is therefore dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
