ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) of IPC and 3(1)(r) , 3 (1)(s) and 3 (2)(va) of SC/ST (POA) Amendment Act, 2015, in Crime No.90 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
