ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi to speedy disposal of the case in C.C.No.39 of 2018 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 2.The facts of the case are that there was a dispute over the property and a case was registered against the petitioner and other accused in Crime No.135 of 2012 for offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 354, 506 (ii) of I.P.C.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the third accused in C.C.No.39 of 2018 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi. The case is pending from the year 2018 without progress. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition has been filed for speedy disposal of the case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the case is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi after framing the charges. Now, the summon have been issued to the witnesses for examination. The case is posted on 17.06.2022 to examine the witnesses.

5.In view of the above, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi is hereby directed to dispose the case within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
