Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side have made a statement before this Court that pursuant to the impugned transfer order passed, pending writ petition, the third respondent has cancelled the said impugned transfer order vide his proceedings dated 28.04.2021. A copy of the afore said proceedings dated 28.04.2021 has been produced before this Court. 2.The above statement of the learned counsels has been recorded.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ petition. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
