PRAYER:- Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to allot E-auction slot/Schedule for our company at Spices board E-Auction Centre, Bodinayakanoor at Theni District, Tamil Nadu alone till normalization of the Covid -19 situation and further direct the 1st respondent to conduct Cardamom 1/4

E-auction simultaneous at Puttady and Bodinaickanoor by installing the electronic mode/electronic virtual application/hybrid mode for modernization of E-auction procedures and for to overcome the Covid-19 difficulties.
