The petitioners have come forward with these writ petitions praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4, not to evict them from their respective houses bearing Door Nos.75/47, 59/86, 73/45 and 77, in survey No.717, Keela Alangam, Thanjavur Taluk and Town, Thanjavur, on the basis of their representation dated 20.11.2018 and in accordance with the liberty given by this Court in W.P.No.11670 of 2018 dated 09.08.2018.

2. Today, when these writ petitions were taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submitted that the petitioners have been evicted from the place in question and they have been accommodated in an alternative place. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions.

3. Recording the above submission, these writ petitions stand closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
