ORDER : The Court made the following order : The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 120(b), 409, 468, 471, 406 and 420 IPC in Crime No.15 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner, who was working as an Administrative Assistant in a private college along

with other accused has misappropriated the fund of the college to the tune of Rs.38,21,830/-. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits the petitioner is an innocent and she has been falsely implicated in this case. Further she also paid Rs.10,00,000/- to the management. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) submits that the petitioner and other accused had misappropriated the fund of the college to the tune of Rs.38,21,830/- and so far only Rs.10,00,000/- has been recovered from the accused persons and therefore, he opposes grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the seriousness of the allegations levelled against the petitioner and major part of the misappropriated amount is yet to be recovered, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
