2.This Court has imposed a condition, directing to the petitioner to make a non refundable deposit of Rs.20,000/- to the credit of Cancer Institute (WIA), No.38, Sardar Patel Road, Adayar, Chennai-20. Now the petitioner has come forward that they are ready to deposit a quantum of Rs.20,000/- in Crime No.117 of 2024 instead of the Cancer Institute, Adayar, Chennai.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall make a non refundable deposit of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the credit of the Headmistress, Government Girls High School, Kottampatty, Melur in State Bank of India, Melur Branch, Account No.30636647339 IFSCNo.SBIN0000258, MICRCode: 625002021. This criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
