O RDER Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the investigation has been conducted in Crime No.386 of 2021 by the respondent Police and on completion of investigation, charge sheet is also filed before the concerned Court by way of E-Filing.

2. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition and the same stands closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner knonw to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
