The Writ Petition is directed against the order in Na.Ka. No.3017/2021/rg, dated 08.07.2021 passed by the first respondent and consequently, forbearing the respondents from interfering with petitioner from function as a President of Palliyadi Primary Agricultural Co-operative credit society Vilavancode Taluk, Kanyakumari District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for by the petitioner in the writ petition has become infructuous. 2/4

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
