This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission to conduct "Villu Pattu"on 02.08.2021 at 10.00pm to 5.00 am and 03.08.2021 at 10.00 pm to 4.00 am in nearby Sri Arumuga Mangalam High Court Maharaja @ Sudalamadasamy"at Seevalaperi Village, Palayamkottai Taluk, Tirunelveli District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2021. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the same.
