2.Heard the learned counsel on either side. The petitioner wants survey and demarcation for the petition mentioned properties to be done. The learned Government Advocate on instructions states that there is no rival claim. Therefore, the respondents are directed to conduct the survey of the petition mentioned property and demarcate the same as per the revenue records within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Survey proceedings will be issued to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
